Yes. Any corporation may pay reasonable compensation for services rendered to the corporation.

Do some small amount of charity work to show intent. There were a couple outhouses built. Brrruuuuhahahahahahaha
Set up salaries for the organization top down. Wala, source of income. The organization has other expenses too to do charitable work. Travel, food lodging etc,etc. He does travel back and forth to Africa for his charity work,

It should be plain and simple, NO physical address, NO Exemption, period.
Now if this doesn't prove that he's already undermined the IRS, nothing will...!
And being EVIL, she cannot help being corrupt. It goes with the territory, it's her nature.
When she was at the Federal Election Commission she devoted her whole tenure there to harassing The Christian Coalition and filing suits against them for no reason other than them being Christians.
In the end, the Christian Coalition won every suit but it cost them millions to defend themselves against her relentless harassment, which probably made her just as happy.
So it makes perfect sense that she would give Obozo's brother a pass on his illegal foundation while harassing anyone who supported freedom or the Constitution or patriotism.
Evil is as Evil does.
