The people who drink in those joints probably couldn't tell a good single-malt from rubbing alcohol anyway but anybody and everybody connected with that in any way should be keel-hauled repeatedly.
Glad to hear the TGIF Franchisee is totally shocked and appalled and is going to investigate himself though!
That seems to work good for Eric Holder.
