He wants to unilaterally end the war on terror while the enemy will remain focused and active in their quest to destroy us.

I find it amusing that Obama claims he has put an end to the war on terror. Perhaps he should wait until Al-Qaeda and the rest of their terrorist buddies throw in the towel as well before making such a statement.
