I think Ann Coulter is correct most of the time but she may be wrong on this one, I don't think it will pass the house. Too complicated too much to implement.   One point she makes is also a bit shaky that is the one of failure most don't come here to fail if they fail it is because the economy is being destroyed by the fascists in charge.

The first ones to come have the drive and ambition and initiative to work hard and be successful. Then the progeny falls prey to the Democrat-created reality that they don't really have to work if they vote the right way.
