Here's the part I like that is so typical of Democrats:

Don'tcha love that old fashioned Democrat logic? The workers who pay the tab for the welfare recipients have to be tested for drugs but not those who get the free money from welfare. They still get to use all the drugs they want.

And why is that? Because dopers always vote Democrat and they don't want to piss them off.

If they can not receive unemployment because of drug test failure they could be eligible for welfare where there is no drug testing. = democrat voter.
