As they gear up for re-election, many GOP governors find themselves in positions of strength, having benefited from improving economies. But some swing-state GOP governors, elected in 2010, are in serious trouble. Corbett has not been able to capitalize on his state's economic recovery, and he faces questions about his handling of the Penn State sex abuse scandal, while he was attorney general.
