You can't make this stuff up.

It's bad enough we're buying them when we're broke but couldn't we at least spend that $572 Million in America?

The Boeing AH-64D Apache cost 61 million = 30 of them = 18,3000,000 billion

I doubt they're expensive attack helicopters like the Apache, more likely cheap transports but I don't think we should be buying them any helicopters from anywhere.
But if we did, it would be nice to spend that money here.
I guess he's being "more flexible".
