I guess the next thing they're going to say, is that the surge of crime that happened in February was caused by the cold. Did everybody in Chicago skip a year or two of schooling? Or is this NORM?

It is caused by the stress created by conservatives. If the conservatives would just step aside and let us do what we want this would not be news. It would just be an every day occurrence like the sunrise.
