Speedy, this is a very nice piece, and, "peace" here. However, you're guaranteed not to receive any comments outside of this one because it doesn't fit the overall objective. Both the objective and the poster here will be refused and resented. Post an article about high profile Republicans speaking out against peace and taking up arms to initiate war on everyone not like them, and there won't be enough room or bandwith to contain all the traffic you'd get.

My own personal peace movement, although not easy at times, consists of interacting regularly with my (R) counterparts. We agree, we disagree, we agree to disagree. The best part is that I learn a lot about why a certain type of people think and act the way they do towards Democrats and blacks in general. In turn, they learn from me why a certain type of people act and think they do about Republicans and whites in general...it's very productive.

I tell them about my posts here at LP so they can read them...all of them. For the most part, they get a real good laugh while also becoming embarrassed by a lot of it. I'm also have to bite my lip over some of what I see from from my own people. They're perplexed about something, though. They can always seem to find articles on how (R) are falling short, lying, and pushing alternative agendas..and send them to me. I do the same for them with (D).

Take a good long hard look around here, and most people can only find things wrong with the opposite party. This is the root of all the issues we have right now...everyone is afraid to call their "brother" out and tell 'em that their wrong. They turn a blind eye so they don't disrupt anything. The one's that do have the n*ts to step up and speak out at times like McCain, Graham, and a couple others, they get drop kicked and body slammed. Same thing with the (D).

We won't have any peace until men become real men and give their own people a piece of the truth and any cost instead of selling out. This will promote a common cause for doing what's right ultimately foster true peace in my opinion.

Take it easy and remember that if you're not a part of the solution, you're a part of the problem. There's no in between.

While you offer some good suggestions, that was not the purpose of my comment. I have no agenda. This is only my opinion about how the next generation is our hope for tomorrow.
