Fair and Honest State Lotteries

Do you think the state lottery games are 'fair' and 'honest?' Ever since New York cash-3 lottery game on September 11, 2002 resulted with 9-1-1, it encourages one to question the validity of the lottery games.

But I'll never trust the fake computer drawings.
I only play states with real ball drawings.
