Lots of pros and cons...let it play out. Yeah, they claim the need to cut hours, lay off employees, no one to pay for it...it's counter productive. I've even said all this but, there's a catch that no one's discussing which is why it was pushed back. Yeah, in hand they're telling you it's no good and to repeal it all while they've already found the loop holes to take full advantage of it.
