Well we are finally going to sell the house this year.  Mother and I will be moving to either an low-income apartment or move in with my brother in Eugene.  He runs a Catholic church with his wife down there.  Mother has been really emotional these last few weeks but I look forward to a new environment.  We will be able to take better care of a smaller place and we do not need alot of room any more.  So I think everything will work out.  That is the funny thing about life you give it your best shot and then move on.-weshar75

Hope it works well for you and your mom, Weshar. For me, I have trouble getting rid of my stuff. I still have the first home I bought when I came to America. It's been unoccupied for the last 3 years but I still have the utilities on, and the gardener to keep the yard. It's still furnished as though it is occupied. One time, I put up a "for sale or lease" sign on the front yard, but everytime somebody gets seriously interested to buy the property or rent it, I find myself discouraging him or her. That holds true with my old cars and other things. I think I am getting to be a pack rat.   Oh well, Weshar, I just wanted to wish you well, but I find myself rambling on.
