About time they took a look at this.
I thought these long prison sentences were way out of line years ago.
Send someone to jail like twenty years for a bag of weed, Bulls**t.

I totally agree with you on this one Jap69. This will make room for the more violent criminals that need to be taken off the streets.

They have no choice but to go this route...it is very likely more states will fold into legalizing like Colorado and Wash State...I know at least 5 will be up for referendum in the 2016 election cycle.

However I do believe they need to stiffen the penalties rather harshly for cocaine,heroin and meth dealers.These drugs wipe a persons existence into misery and always cause harm to others around them as well as themselves.Not to mention they are known killers.
