Ma'loula, Syria. One of the last remaining places were Aramaic (The language of Christ) is fluently spoken.

This was the town that the Al Qaeda backed rebels attacked recently, last I heard the Syrian Army is trying to push the terrorists out of this holy place.
I had just recently heard of that town and that the terrorists had taken it over and government forces were trying to take it back. Let's pray they're successful and the town is not destroyed or its people needlessly killed or made to suffer.
Unfortunately, our executive branch of government happens to want to help the bad (worse) guys in this conflict.
It was nice to hear the Muslim man say that the Muslims of the town live together with the Christians as brothers. I hope they're all delivered from this evil.
God help 'em.
Seems like the best course of action would be to only work out a mutually agreeable diplomatic solution to Syria and let Assad alone to focus his efforts on getting rid of the al-Qaeda scum in his country. I am still having a chuckle at how Putin and Lavrov called checkmate on Obama and McCain, I got to admit that was an epic way to diffuse the tension.
I just hope more Americans will get on board and push the Neocons and Progressives out of the political system. Many folks are waking up and are realizing that the (Neocon and Progressive) warmongering ways don't work in an age where information takes mere seconds to traverse the globe.
