Shooting someone ten times that is unarmed is obscene, under any circumstances. Even if they are high on something very strong he didn't have to shoot him dead.

Oh, don't worry, they're investigating themselves and I'm sure they'll do a thorough job just like they did on all their other shootings when they found they had done nothing wrong.

Kinda like the IRS did.

And the State Dept under Hillary for the Benghazi Scandal.

And the Justice Dept under Holder for the Fast and Furious Gun-Running Scandal and the Black Panther Voter Intimidation Scandal and assorted past and ongoing Obama Scandals.

They all did thorough, painstaking investigations of themselves and found out they were completely innocent of all charges.

So you see, there's nothing to worry about.
