They were suppose to be the shovel ready jobs that Obamas stimulus money was to fix. Where did the stimulus money go? Where is the highway tax money going? Where is the east coast disaster funds from last couple years going?
What did they do with the Katrina money? Besides being stuffed in someones frig.
