I agree with the study. Parents with a higher education children do better academically because the importance of it is stressed constantly in the home.

Do an IQ test on how to maneuver thru the government dole system and the lower IQ population should excel in that test.

Education is essential for the survival of this country. A good education facilitated in it's entity will do for this country , what China has done with it's economy with a educated nation . Educated household always teaches comprise over destruction. ;)

The majority of public school systems are to blame. Private and charter schools go above and beyond in providing children the quality education they desperately need.
