Tech savvy in government? maybe they hired the mentally challenged to program it.

tech-savvy give me a break, whoever managed this debacle should be fired immediately, three years to get this ready....................FAIL. Just another reason why we need much less govt..

There is no type of technology that is known to man glitch-free...that would put too many techies out of work.
