Martial law? SJL may be that stupid, but not the regime. They declare martial law, their goose is cooked with feathers, they are stupid....... but not suicidal.

With the 3 day event of truckers, bikers and rallies will tell if he pulls out the military in DC.
If the truckers jam up the beltway action could be taken to force them to exit the beltway.
