No, that called having the poor among us always as JESUS said. Those we cannot neglect. To do so we would have to answer to a higher authority. We can't allow the goodness in us to be ruined by what a few abusers of the system do. Food stamp abuse is minor compared to blue/white collar crimes which is in the billions.
