Prewash undergarments by hand in a container before putting in washing machine.

Run your washer thru the cycles with no clothes using hot water and bleach. Maybe two cups of bleach.

Bidets are not a big thing in the USA anyhow. When designing a house the toilet should be in a room by itself. Does not need to be that big.
