i've seen Samar Leyte , Tacloban City as NEW CITY improve all of latest technologies and the most shoreline defence system to neutralized coming "storm" like yolanda.. in it's shoreline be yours with the most HELP and advance technologies of Uncle Sam.. there is only one but only ONE Uncle Sam can HELP rebuild Samar Leyte, Philippines.. thus this particular shoreline be build by humble engineering of Uncle Sam.. this is for fast/fastest recovery of my place Leyte.. this people be properly informed the nessesity to evacuate shoreline space is/are will lessen casualties in times of calamity/storms ..
