Shall I pull up the vids of senator Obama and Reid when they were in opposition of this rule change in 05.
Depend who is in power and what they want to accomplish.
Obama as president was all for this change to get his liberal court. Could not make recess appointments anymore. How did that court decision turn out on his recess appointments?
