Thanksgiving Day Cooking

Published:

I was all into at first, now, I'm not, but, I guess I'll make something happen.

More than likely will have guest and grandkids.

It used to be my favorite meal, but, in 2006 I cooked Thanksgiving Dinner early, just had that feeling, and good thing I did, it was the last full meal my mom was able to eat.  She passed on the 21st of November.

I miss cooking for her, spoiling her, and listening to her fuss at me about my kids, and my grandkids, lmaooooooooooooooo.

I used to cook for her everyday, after working 9-10 hours on a assembly line, but, it didnt' bother me, I wanted to do it, and she enjoyed it.

Fish Frys on Friday, and Big Sunday Dinners for the whole family.

After she passed, I stopped cooking, and one day, my grandson said, "granny, when you gone cook me some ribs"? lmaoooooooooooooo

I was like, OMG, I'm sorry, just not feeling it anymore.  I guess it true, some people cook out of love.

Today, my oldest son went to the store for me, lol, I did make a list, but, I see, I have to go myself, lol.

I wrote down a few things, Lettuce, I got a head of cabbage, lmaooooooooooo, I wrote down, green pepper, I got a pear, lmaoooooooooooooo.

I wrote down beef short ribs, I got a slab of ribs, lmaooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

I was thinking of just baking some Cornish Hens, but, I wrote down, Turkey wings, Turkey legs, he brings me, a large pack of Chicken wings, lmaooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
