I was inclined to support the action taken by the bus driver until I watched the tape twice. The bus driven contributed to the behavior of the passenger by kicking his bag off the bus, thus causing a confrontation to take place. After he told the passenger the third time to get off the bus, he should have told him to leave or he would call the police. Now he is out of a good job for using poor judgment.
