I am glad that his guy is not my next door neighbor...what a mess...and yes he should be fined...!!!

Looks like an environmental friendly landscape to me. Where are the tree hugger supporters on this. Maybe he should call in the environmental protection agency and have it classified as an endangered zone to keep it pristine. All his neighbors are in violation of the environmental act for destroying a natural environmental wild zone.

That is not trash. It is a natural environment.

After viewing it, I can see why his neighbors are upset. He has made an eye sore in a residential area. His property has decreased the value of his neighbors property because of his asinine idea of farming. He should be fined and made to clean his property to codes standards.
