Why does lottery Post allow someone from the same IP address to post numerous accts?        This same individual has hacked unto my system network to frickin BLOCK me from comimg on lottery post and also from playing my numbers. This person is a very VERY SICK individual, who can't play their OWN numbersb but steal from other people and post it as their own.
