John   10:16

¹⁶  And other sheep I have, which are not  of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there  shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

The verse implies that the "other sheep" that Christ has are scattered outside the present fold. This is  made explicit in John 11:49-52, where John explains a word of prophecy spoken  by Caiaphas, the high priest.

John11:49–52                                                                                                                                               

11:49  And one of them, named Caiaphas, being the  high priest that same year, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all,

11:50  Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that  one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.

11:51  And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation;

11:52  And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad.

God’s sheep are everywhere. They are of all nationalities and languages. Some are offended because they don’t study the scriptures to see what Jesus has to say.  Instead His Word is placed on a shelf to gather dust to be used only when things are going well. Many can quote to you what the Constitution says, but what about GOD'S WORD?
