Laughable. Paul Ryan cares a lot about more folk being in that middle class. He's been trying to raise the taxes on it for ever while also wanting to lower upper class taxes. There are more people/families in the middle than on top so it's a no brainer to get more of 'em there...so they can pay more taxes.

There's also a lot more to that interview with Douglas Elmendorph regarding the jobs and healthcare balances. This guy's only putting out what he wants his followers to see and hear. Typical M.O.
