Obama would rather spend it on his civilian security.

He is single-handedly dismantling the super-power that he has always hated so much.
Our armed forces are on schedule be smaller than the armed forces of Turkey when his cuts are completed.
And then he won't be bowing to evil dictators because he likes to anymore, but because he has to.

Remove high ranking military leaders, replace them with those loyal to the agenda. Check.

Demoralize the troops through ignorant and harmful rules of engagement. Check.

Further demoralize the troops through sequester and COLA cuts. Check.

Reduce what's left of the military to pre-WWII levels. Working on it.

Increase number of citizens dependent on government for sustenance tremendously over historical levels. Check.

Beef up DHS with billions of rounds of ammo and training that targets anglo-european targets. Check.

Beef up local police with armored military type vehicles. Check.

Stockpile ammo for IRS, EPA, and incredibly USPS, thereby creating a false shortage of ammo for citizens. Check.

What's the next step? Where is this leading us?
