Texas Cash 5 Results for Wed, 06/21/06
Published:
The lottery pool remained in dormant phase on Wednesday. Only moderate or no wagering is suggested utilizing the StatPath 5 System for Thursday's drawing. It's recommended waiting until chaos returns in preperation of a more favorable phase for wagering bets. The idea is in waiting, watching, and then executing within the preferred chaotic phase to achieve the most desirable results.

The answer is yes, the numbers do change, but not necessarily every draw. There are two occurances which create change:
1. When upper tier numbers located near the (average draw line) become extendedly dormant and fall back into the lower tier group. This forces an equal amount of lower tier numbers closest to the (average draw line) upwards into the upper tier group.
2. When lower tier numbers near the (average draw line) are drawn, primarily, they will elevate to the upper tier group. This forces an equal amount of upper tier numbers closest to the (average draw line) downward into the lower tier group.
These are the only two occasions which create change in the upper/lower tier group number displays. When change does occur, the effected numbers can be identified by observing blue numbers in the dominantly red (upper tier group) number display, and observing red numbers in the dominantly blue (lower tier group) number display.
As indicated in this last drawing, (Wed 06/21/06), #2 was drawn and elevated to the upper tier group. This forced #21 downward to the lower tier group. At the same time #37 became extendedly dormant and moved downward to the lower tier group, forcing #21 back upwards into the upper tier group.
Number 2 is identified as having moved into the upper tier group by remaining (blue) in the dominantly (red) upper tier group number display. Number 37 is identified as having moved from the upper tier group by remaining (red) in the dominantly blue lower tier group number display.
This is an easy way of identifying which numbers, (if any), relocated to different tier group's as a result of the drawing, or as a result of extended dormancy.
Best to you,
LottoVantage
