You are right Tememptustoo, about two things, Yes I chose to live here in the mountains, and I'm not forced to stay here. But to go as far as believe or think the phone service people just do not care about the people here on the mountain. That really taking it to far. The people who did the service were young, most of their conversations were about their plans for the weekend. None of us have any doubt about get what we are asking for and adjustment in our bills with a credit for service your didn' provide, Since it was their own workers that cause the problem. We want to see the same workers to come back and fix the problems they created. IT will be asked. if they can make sure the workers clean up the areas they worked in. To us if the worker had used a few more second to check their own work, along the way. They would heard clearly how badly they mess up all the other lines. They came to fix one line. Now 42 need to be fix at that company expend. One good thing about a small town, most of the bussiness here or own by one or two people or it family qwned. They don't want to hand their customers over to competition. We already know some of the young people who to do this job, will need these same jobs at spring break and in the summer. All of this will be fix , as so as the weather chance here so the work can be done.
