Dam straight they have.
With the full weight of the Democrat Party behind them, thrusting them forward (no pun intended).

@MADDOG
Our head troll should be here momentarily to call us homophobes for daring to criticize sodomy, which he says is a perfectly normal alternate lifestyle and affirm that he doesn't care what God said about it being an abomination and all that.

Well, let's see. Being gay is wrong, adultery is wrong, stealing is wrong, divorce is wrong, covetousness is wrong, the thought of foolishness is sin, fornication is wrong, lusting is wrong, abortion is wrong, mixing different fabrics is wrong, etc. etc. etc. When are the (R)'s gonna stand for laws against breaking all these commandments? Why not stand against Mr. Driscoll for cheating on his wife which resulted is divorce and his family falling apart? He ignored his family values and the tradition of marriage.

God said that all the above are all wrong, and many others, in any capacity. He also established forgiveness through His blood and His Son Jesus with provisions, though. Grace and mercy are available to all but, they must go to Him in truth and spirit...then turn from those evil ways. (R)'s wanna play God without enforcing all of God's policies...PUN INTENDED. Let's pick and choose what helps our agenda and what'll get our base behind us morally! "I've gotcha now, Lucky!!! Yeah, look at what Bill did to Hillary...that's a sin!" Yep, and look at what God saw fit to happen as a result. Not so fast, though, Bush got himself some 'dark meat' and was caught in the act of having financed an abortion.

None of that PREVENTED him from becoming president, though. Oh, but the (R)'s love their values so much...they relish the respect of traditional marriage and don't stand for such violations. Pick and choose...always has been and always will be. At least the (D)'s want to let God do His job in judging people's acts and and either condemning them, or, forgiving them. We have presidents in office, not preachers...and we've only had one preacher in our history and it was James Garfield (R). He was shot 200 days into his presidency for obvious reasons. The president and God are not one, and, both have their own respective jobs to do although the president may know and strongly feel a certain way about something. Still, he cannot impose religion on people...only advocate for their rights as American Citizens.

Let's look at this business owner and his cake business. He denied doing a cake for a gay couple due to his beliefs and morals...and so did a woman a couple of years ago which I also elaborated on. I'm not happy he got shut down but, it was a dumb decision on his part. A several hundred dollar cake and he's got rent/mortgage, a family to feed, and bills. Too smart and religious for his own good...can't see the dollars 'cause he has no 'sense'. One of the gay partners prolly went to yet another cake business that so-say had the same religious beliefs, alone this time, ordered a custom cake, paid for it, and went about their business. The owner didn't know that guy from a pothole in Texas but, still took his money...some gay money and paid for something within his livelihood.

This is just how stupid some people are in the (R) party. You can't hate or pass judgement on what you can't see dummies. What are they gonna do next? Make 'em register as gay and prohibit 'em from voting, or, make it very hard for 'em? That law was gonna open up the door to more problems than it's worth just like she said. Common sense really isn't so common anymore. The following are links to Bush and Garfield...respectively:

Looks like ms speedytroll chickened out.
I don't blame him.
It must be hard to call God a homophobe.

I don't know, Loser. Ask God.
Last time they got out of hand, he just wiped 'em out.
Sodom and Gomorrah.
Every last one of 'em.
He said what they do is an abomination (even though you Democrats think it's a good thing).
Not my problem.
You and ms speedytroll can take it up with Him when you stand before Him.
I would not recommend calling Him a homophobe though.
Good luck!

He who laughs last, laughs best. The statement needs no explanation.
