Ram, the experience's I have encountered with the lottery pool when there is repeated back and forth activity in the dormant phase does not particularly suggest where the numbers will emerge when the chaotic phase returns. When chaos returns the numbers may appear in either tier group. For me, this is a time element for waiting, watching, and reacting when chaos does return. My intuition always urges me to consider the upper tier as the place of emergence during these dormant periods because the upper tier does contain the most active number group. This would appear to be the common sense choice, but the reality is, that this is not always the case.

An added note concernes anxiety. When permitted, anxiety can overwhelm common sense when periods of dormancy linger longer than we are comfortable with. This is a normal occurance and should be expected when in dormant phase. The StatPath 5 System doesn't engineer where numbers are going to appear, but methodically tracks where they are and what their statistical value is. The premium advantage of the system is it's ability to reccognize and alert change from dormant phase to chaotic phase and vice versa. Dormant phase is normal function, chaotic phase is abnormal function. Realizing this, it is understandable that there are going to be more and longer periods of dormant phase than there are of chaotic phase. Occasionally, when my intuition urges me, I will predict numbers while the lottery pool is in dormant phase, but this is entirely a personal decision based solely on intuition. The longer the system is observed and learned, the better your performance will be in following your intuition.
