Obama is to follow the law for its intent. He is allowed how to implement the law within a reasonable time frame when the law to goes into effect. Not allowed to change the law or exclude citizens from the law. Congress needs to write in laws a maximum time frame beyond the original time the law goes into affect or the law becomes an automatic void.
Need a lot of changes to force a President to follow the law.

Obama doesn't care about any laws and he doesn't care about the Constitution.
He's building an army of morons from the lazy, the stupid, the greedy and the illegal aliens to guarantee that he can do whatever he wants as long as he gives them free stuff. And if you oppose him you will be a racist. We already have a couple members of that army right here in the blogs.
Unless there are huge changes made in the legislature in the midterms and next Presidential election to repeal virtually everything these corrupt ones did -- this once great country is screwed.

He has total disregard for the constitution or any law. (1). because of the color of his skin, and anyone who does oppose him will definitely be called a Racist. (2). because we don't have any lawmakers in the House or Senate with any testicles. Obama cares not for you or I, nor even others.
