You have to do something when the schools won't do anything.

rr, this is one of my life experiences, that I spoke of to Speedy. My son was going thru this in the third grade. It got to the point, he did not want to go to school. I asked why, then he told me about this kid. Every morning this kid would attack him. I told him, listen, here's what I want you to do. When the kid runs up to you, this morning, punch him in the mouth as hard as you can. Then keep punching him in the mouth until he says' stop. Around 9 am , I get a phone call from the principal wanting me to come to the school asap. I walk into the principal's office and another man is sitting there with my son and another kid. The kid's lips were swollen and I looked at my son and said, you did what I told you to do, good boy! I told him, tell the principal what this kid has been doing to you. The kid's father asked his son, you been picking on him every day, the kid was very quite. He apologized to my son and the principal. He promised my son, me and the principal, it would never happen again. The playground monitors don't pay any attention to what is happening.

Great story, CARBOB, that's the only way to handle bullies. The only reason they keep picking on kids is cuz there's no consequences. A fat lip or sore balls can change that real quick.
Good job.
