"Somewhat Conservative" voters can be as annoying as moderate or liberal voters. That's how we wind up with candidates like McCain and Dole and the like. They'd rather lose with a McCain than win with a Reagan. People who call themselves "somewhat conservative" really aren't conservative at all. They're neither hot nor cold, kinda like a bucket of warm piss.
