I highly doubt that Google and eBay put any emphasis on skin color when it comes to hiring. Knowledge, intelligence and experience play a more important role. A green two headed person would not be overlooked if they possess the necessary skills that these type of companies are demanding. Jesse Jackson needs to quit playing the race card as it's simply ridiculous.

Jesse once used this same tactic against Budweiser in Chicago decades ago.
He accused them of discrimination and threatened a boycott.
Budweiser then gave one of Jesse's sons the Budweiser Distributorship for the whole south side of Chicago and suburbs.
Did that resolve the alleged discrimination at Budweiser?
Who knows, Jesse never mentioned it again.

With age, one gains experiences, and develops good common sense. Google and Ebay has recently settled a recruitment and employment practices law-suit. If it wasn't for people like Jesse exposing these type of corporations this type of discrimination would still be going on undetected. Also, while I like Charles Bronson movies for entertainment purposes, I would not let my son or daughter watch them because Charles played a pre-meditated cold-blooded vigilante.

"Also, while I like Charles Bronson movies for entertainment purposes, I would not let my son or daughter watch them because Charles played a pre-meditated cold-blooded vigilante." This is part of another thread.
