This is a favorite ploy of gun-grabbing Democrats, to claim that they are gun owners but "like most sensible Americans" they just want "common sense" gun laws.

No. They don't want common sense gun laws. They want guns completely outlawed and confiscated.
They want to repeal the 2nd Amendment along with most of the others.
