This is what you get when deblasio and the unions are in charge. By the way they really should do something about the urine smell in upper manhattan.

Even if you kill all the rats, they'll be back for the garbage and filthy conditions they thrive in.
Total waste of money.
But Democrats like to take care of their consultant buddies and their union thug buddies. They're gonna make it rain up in there for 'em.
