President Obama pays for all food and clothing out of his salary.

We the People pay the President's salary. He is paid by the treasury where our taxes go.

BTW, Effective January 1, 2001, the annual salary of the POTUS was increased to $400,000 per year, including a $50,000 expense allowance.
