Democrats are always fine with anything Oprah says even when it's racist and says people "need to die."
But that's Oprah.
No one but Oprah is allowed to make those racist remarks.
If anyone else merely repeats exactly what Oprah said, they are then held responsible for making those racist statements.
And they have to be destroyed.

The Dispatcher was suspended with pay. Oprah does not work for anyone, the dispatcher does. On any job one has to use COMMON SENSE. If one works for an employer, you are subject to the guidelines and procedures of that employer. No employer in the United States will allow any individual to cause the work environment to become hostile or uncomfortable because of one loud mouth individual. You will either shape up or ship out. Plain and simple. And while you are unemployed, you can say whatever you like within reason.
