Pee Wee is spreading the word throughout Central and South America that an Amnesty is coming by Executive Order and to come now while the border is wide open. There is a mad panic rush to get inside the country before that happens. People are sending their children in alone to cross dangerous deserts and deal with dangerous people. Any injury, sickness or death is on Pee Wee's hands.
