The whole country (except for the low-infos) knows that Romney would have been a fine President. And we also know that any schmuck off the street would have been a far better President than Pee Wee.

But I'm afraid if Mitt was the Nominee, the same segments of the Religious Right who won't vote for a Mormon and the hard right who won't vote for a perceived liberal will sit out the election again and we'd wind up with Hillary the Hagmeister.

The Republican Establishment is Liberal-Lite and they keep offering liberal-lite losers like McCain or Jeb Bush. We'll never win with one of those. The Establishment hated Reagan but we kicked ass with him as the Nominee because this is still a center-right majority country as much as they hate to admit it.

Reagan was Pro-American and Pro-Life and Pro-Military and Pro-Smaller Government and Pro-American Exceptionalism, and Pro-God and Pro-Family and Pro-Morals and values and decency and wholesomeness. Everything the Democrats despise and stand against.

If the Republican Party gives us somebody like that, we will kick ass again, I'm here to testify.

I could overlook Romney's choce of religion and feel 100% America would NOT be in dire straights if Romney had been elected. What was voted in, I believe fraudulently, is a NIGHTMARE.
