Black GOP Candidate In Florida Faces Horrific Racism

"What the devil means for evil...." This is one of my favorite verses. Wow. Come on with some more evil...it's the fuel we need and 'desire' at this point in history! These people honestly think that with their racism, they're throwing 'water' on this 3- alarm fire within the African-American community. Nope, it's more like super high octane rocket fuel!!!!!
Okay, come on...give 'us' your 'best' shot. I mean, i want you to dig down REAL deep...and I know it's there. When's the last time any of you extremists had some black folks over for dinner or even just to visit? When's the last time you had ANY dealings with some black folks...besides these dumb azz articles about the president and his family?
Did any of you extremists know that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (50th Anniversary yesterday) was, in fact, AN EXECUTIVE ORDER? Yeah...that. Quick, somebody go tell Boehner that the lawsuit has to be 'retro-active' in order to sue past presidents for getting something done via executive order...especially THAT. Yep, Executive Order 10925. Oh, wait a minute, then there's EXECUTIVE ORDER 11246!!! Damm*t, then there's EXECUTIVE ORDER 10479 by Dwight!! Boehner's got his phuckin' work cut out!!!
What a waste of time, tax payer money, energy, effort, and general consideration. Even the courts have said in the past that such things aren't even entertained. Yet, this guy is moving forward with it...just to keep his extremists happy and attempt to save his azz. Strings and puppets GALORE.
Wikipedia says- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civil_Rights_Act_of_1964
I'm confused then. What is the difference between Legislation and an executive order?
I can google many sources that say the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was a legislative bill.
Is that the same thing as an executive order?
