What a crock. What do you believe, me or your lying eyes? Why would he need $4 billion dollars $67,000 per child, if we dont have a border crisis? Another disaster of Obama's making.

Well, if that's the case there is no need for the 3.7 Billion for the illegals that aren't here yet . Case closed.

The $67,000 that Leonardo mentioned is just for this year. Next year Obama may very well be seeking $8-12 billion as the number of illegal "children" will probably surpass 150,000.
I had also heard that in TX the border patrol were ordered by the white house to stay at least 45 miles from the border, if this isn't insane then I have no idea what is!
