Awww, hell nawww!!! He did not say 'lack of leadership'. John Boehner definitely owns this particular 'LoL' if you get my drift. All this talk and commenting on the President's low rating...hell, the (R) congress has the absolute lowest rating in HISTORY...and there is a gang of them running the show. They can spread the responsibilities out on each other while the President must take the blunt of everything...and they STILL failed.

These dumbazzes are calling the request of funds to continue building/rebuilding roads, bridges, and highways a BAILOUT. This is the very fabric of creating jobs and getting things done the way we have for the last 50+ years...and they decide to label it a BAILOUT all of a sudden. The complete disregard for safety and jobs ABROAD...and they wonder why their rating is so low...they wonder why the President acts with Executive Orders. It's time for me start using a more fitting word than dumbazzes 'cause it's not enough to describe such an inept group of grown azz men in charge of providing the BASICS for this country.
