A happy ending. Glad no law abiding citizen got hurt.

There was obviously something seriously wrong with this guy. Breaking lights in the hallway and causing all that commotion...just drawing attention to himself. I think he actually had a death wish and wanted to be shot. You don't just go around announcing that you're looking for someone to kill and NOT expect some serious friction. He got what he needed and deserved for his actions and I would've done the same thing. At least that concealed carrier wasn't walking around brandishing his gun and announcing that he was packing. Key words here: concealed and element of surprise.

When you KNOW a guy is a third degree black belt, you carefully calculate how you catch him off guard to your advantage...you have time to prepare your attack. When you DON'T KNOW, you just go to him, unknowingly, and GET YOUR AZZ HANDED TO YOU three ways: HARD, LONG, AND FREQUENT. Off duty cops with concealed guns prevent more crimes than we know and are better able to defend themselves because robbers/killers least expected that bullet they just got.
