An insult to black students.

If you read the article Emily you would see that they are referring to all minorities and not just Blacks. The word Black is not mentioned.

They are people who are saying I expect less from you because of your race, it's an insult.

Once again you make a valid statement ,LiLSpeedy and the response are a reflection of exactly what you were saying,but any mention of the word minority and automatic it goes Blacks.( side eye);)
