They have water being shut off on the elderly, an ambulance fleet that has been band aided together for over a year, and these scholars want to build a light rail service for the city of Detroit, which is almost vacant now. Oh yes that's intelligent thinking politicians, very intelligent. The majority of these politicians wouldn't be democratic would they????
